Clean up the regional specialty shop technically, stabilize payments, and improve SEO—project in progress.
Starting point
St. Galler Öl sells oils and specialties from eastern Switzerland via an established WooCommerce shop. Much of the stack uses older plugins that need an upgrade.
What was missing in-house
No in-house capacity to modernize WordPress, WooCommerce, payments, and SEO in parallel with daily operations.
What we are delivering
- Audit: plugins, WooCommerce, SaferPay, and checkout flows
- Replace outdated extensions with maintainable, supported solutions
- Review and stabilize SaferPay integration
- Address SEO and indexing for better visibility on Google
Status
Modernization is underway—early areas are cleaned up, further steps follow in close coordination with St. Galler Öl.
